Terms of Service

These terms apply to every user of Thiệp Cưới Online. By creating an account or an invitation, you agree to what follows.

Version:
2.1
Effective from:
2026-09-04
Last updated:

1. Accepting these terms

By visiting the site, creating an account or creating an invitation on Thiệp Cưới Online, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

We record your acceptance together with the version of the document at that moment. The version number appears at the top of this page, and you may request an export of your own acceptance history.

If you do not agree with any part of it, please stop using the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure.

You may register with an email and password, or with a Google or Facebook account. Accounts created through Google or Facebook have no password of their own until you set one.

Everything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may create several invitations under one account; each invitation has its own plan and payment status.

3. Plans

There are three plans: Free, Gold and Diamond. What each plan includes is described on the Pricing page and may change over time.

An unpaid invitation link stays live for 3 days from publication and allows at most 15 viewers. The limit counts viewers, not page loads: a guest who reopens the invitation several times still counts as one person.

A paid invitation link is permanent and has no viewer limit.

Both numbers above are current operating settings and may be adjusted. An invitation's expiry is fixed at the moment it is published and is not changed afterwards.

The photo album is a Diamond-only benefit, with a hard cap of 30 photos per invitation. This is not an unlimited photo storage service.

The number of photo slots in a design belongs to the template, not the plan: each template has its own count, shown on the template in the gallery.

4. Payment

All customers pay in money at the price listed at the time of ordering, by bank transfer.

An order's price is fixed when the order is created. We may change the price list at any time, but such a change does not apply retroactively to an order already awaiting payment.

The repeat-purchase discount is calculated per user and independently per plan: having bought Gold does not make your first Diamond purchase cheaper.

Business customers (studios, wedding planners, venues, print shops) pay from this same price list and are given a percentage discount instead — see the Partner Terms.

Details of the payment process, mis-sent transfers and refunds are in the Payment & Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload: names, photos, wording, wedding details and family information.

You grant us the right to store, process and display that content as far as needed to run the service — for example, showing the invitation to whoever opens the link.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content, including your right to use the photos and to share other people's information.

Your invitation has a guestbook where guests leave wishes. A wish appears only after you approve it, and you may delete any wish at any time. You decide what appears on your own invitation.

6. What you may not post

No content that breaks the law, infringes other people's rights, or is fraudulent, harassing or hateful.

Do not use the service to spread malware or spam, or to collect other people's data without permission.

Do not probe, interfere with or disrupt the system, including working around the limits of your plan.

7. Our intellectual property

The invitation templates, layouts, fonts, colour palettes, source code and branding of Thiệp Cưới Online belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.

You may use a template for your own wedding under the plan you bought, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute a template in any form.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will give notice where we can.

You may stop using the service at any time. When you delete your own account, your account data is really deleted and the invitation links tied to it stop working.

An account we disable for a breach loses access but its data is kept for reconciliation — see the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable but do not promise it will never be interrupted.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any one incident does not exceed the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

This limit does not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and last-updated date always appear at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect, and may ask you to accept the new version.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

This section has not been finalised. We leave it open rather than state a rule that has not been confirmed — if you need an answer for your particular case, please contact support.

Any complaint about the service — quality, payment, personal data or content on the platform — goes to the support channel on the Contact page, by email or hotline. Every complaint is recorded, including those where the final answer is that we cannot do what you asked.

A complaint about the content of a specific invitation (a photo, a name, a wish) is usually the invitation owner's responsibility; we will still take it up if that content breaks the law or these terms.

To speed things up, a complaint should include:

  • The email address of the account concerned.
  • The invitation link or order code, if there is one.
  • What happened and when.
  • The outcome you are looking for.

For a payment complaint, add the time of transfer and the amount — those two are enough for us to find the payment in our logs.

We reply through the same channel you used, stating the conclusion and the reasoning behind it. If you are not satisfied, you may ask for one review with additional information or arguments. Our acknowledgement and response deadlines have not been set; we deliberately do not publish a number we are not sure we can keep, and in the meantime complaints are handled in the order received.

Both sides will try to settle by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, you may complain to the competent consumer protection authority, or bring the matter before a competent court under Vietnamese law. Raising a complaint with us does not limit your rights under the law.

13. Contact

This section has not been finalised. We leave it open rather than state a rule that has not been confirmed — if you need an answer for your particular case, please contact support.

For any question about these terms, please use the support channel on the Contact page.
