Partner Terms

These terms apply to businesses creating invitations for their own clients through a partner account. The Terms of Service still apply in full to that account.

1. Who this applies to

The partner programme is for businesses in the wedding industry: photography studios, wedding planners, venues and invitation printers.

These terms supplement the Terms of Service. Anything not covered here follows the Terms of Service.

2. Applying and approval

You apply from a signed-in account. Applying does not grant partner status by itself: the application waits in a queue until we approve it.

The next step after applying is a verification call, not an unlock button.

We may reject an application, and will say why. A rejected applicant may apply again from the same account.

One account is linked to one partner profile.

3. What partners get

An approved partner receives the discount of their programme tier, applied to the listed money price of each plan.

Current tiers and discount rates are published on the Partners page and may be adjusted; an adjustment does not apply retroactively to orders already paid.

Partners may be listed in the public partner directory if they agree. You may ask to be removed at any time.

The partner programme comes with no currency, balance or prepaid allowance of any kind. Every order is paid in money under the Payment & Refund Policy.

4. Partner responsibilities

You are responsible for all content created from your partner account, including content your clients supply.

You must have the couple's consent before putting their names, photos and wedding details on an invitation.

You may not resell, rent out or share your partner account with another business.

You may not copy, redistribute or modify our templates for use outside the platform.

5. Payment

Partners pay through the same bank-transfer process as any other customer, per invitation.

The partner discount is applied to the money price before the order is issued; the final amount is always shown before you transfer.

We do not extend credit and do not issue post-paid allowances.

6. Your clients' data

For the couples' data you enter into the system, you decide the purpose of collection; we process it on your behalf under the Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to tell your clients that their data is processed on this platform.

If the partnership ends, your clients' paid invitations keep working — we do not switch off a third party's link over a dispute between the two of us.

7. Branding

You may use our name and logo, unmodified, to state that you are a partner.

You may not present yourself as our branch, exclusive reseller or legal representative.

We may use your name and logo in the partner directory unless you ask us not to.

8. Suspension and termination

Either side may end the partnership at any time by telling the other.

We may suspend partner status immediately on a serious breach, and will say why.

Ending the partnership does not delete your account and does not affect invitations already paid for.

9. Changes to these terms

The Partner Terms may be updated. The current version and last-updated date always appear at the top of this page, and we give notice before a change that materially affects your rights.

10. Contact

This section has not been finalised. We leave it open rather than state a rule that has not been confirmed — if you need an answer for your particular case, please contact support.

For any question about the partner programme, please use the partnerships contact on the Contact page.
